If you're unable to access the portal, first check with your Admin User at your organisation to make sure you've been invited and that they’ve used the correct email address. They are able to check this by visiting the Contributors page on the portal, where they can see users who are active and invited.
If your status is invited but not active, ask your Admin User to resend the invitation.
If you are already an active user but still can’t access the portal (if you are not receiving the magic link by email or the link is not working), please contact your LHV Contact, letting them know the email address you are trying to sign in with, and we’ll look into it further.
