Only Admin users can add new users.
To add a new user:
Go to the Gear icon in the top-right corner and select “User & Limits.”
Click “Add User” and fill in the required personal details.
Click “Submit” and then “Confirm” to finalise the request.
Make sure:
The user's name matches their ID document exactly
The ID number is either their government-issued ID or date of birth in DD-MM-YYYY format
Once submitted, the new user will receive an email to sign the application via DocuSign and complete identity verification.
