Limit changes can only be made by Admin users or Authorised Representatives.
To submit a request via the GB Portal:
Log in and go to Settings > Users & Limits
Select the relevant user and click the pencil icon
Choose the account the user needs access to
Update the following as needed:
Signature Weight (0%, 25%, 50%, 75%, 100%)
Daily and Monthly Limits
Validity period (fixed date or unlimited)
Click Save to submit the request for LHV approval
Each request will be reviewed by the LHV team before the changes take effect.
