Your login details depend on whether your account is with AS LHV Pank or LHV Bank Limited. For more context, see the article Why do we have two agreements - one with Estonia and another with the UK?
If your account is with AS LHV Pank and you're using the LHV EE Online Portal, you’ll need your username and a valid authentication method. Most of our users will need the PIN Calculator option to log in. You can find the PIN Token Calculator manual here, and if you don't have a calculator yet, you can read more about how to obtain a PIN Token Calculator.
If you are a citizen or resident of Estonia, Latvia, or Lithuania, there are alternative authentication methods you can use like Smart-ID, Mobile-ID, biometrics or an ID-card. Please contact your Onboarding Manager or Relationship Manager for more information.
If your account is with LHV Bank Limited and you're using the LHV UK Online Portal, you’ll need your username and the password you set during registration. If you need to reset your password, just follow the steps on the login page. You can also access your account through the UK LHV App.
For any of the options above, if you need a username reminder, password reset, or you need to reset your PIN Token device, please reach out to your Assistant Relationship Manager.
