You’ll have two sets of agreements if your accounts are provided by our two separate entities within the LHV group:
EE IBAN accounts are issued by AS LHV Pank in Estonia, while GB IBAN accounts are issued by LHV Bank Limited in the UK, therefore, you may have agreements with both AS LHV Pank in Estonia and LHV Bank Limited in the UK, depending on your account setup and your business needs.
Each agreement reflects the regulatory and legal requirements of the respective entity and jurisdiction.
