If a payment has already been sent from your LHV account, it cannot be cancelled - instead, it must be recalled.
To request a recall, please submit a ticket through our Support Centre. Be sure to include as much detail as possible, such as the bank reference, the account the payment was made from, the amount, and the beneficiary’s name.
We’ll contact the beneficiary’s bank and request their consent to return the funds. If the beneficiary agrees, we’ll refund the amount to your account. Please note that without the beneficiary’s consent, we’re unable to reverse the payment.
A service fee applies for submitting a recall request.
